LOVE the people at the receiving counter! I go here every single day that they're open and everyone is super friendly and helpful. I never have a problem with lost packages either (unlike the 105 location, that I have to go to on the weekends).
Terrible unable to reach facility at all. They tried dropping off a thousand dollars worth of a shipment without providing me with ANY estimate of window for when. THEN they have zero ability to talk to anyone about the package. It’s horrible service and inability to get items you need is pathetic
SEPT. 2025 UPDATE- Very friendly staff. Open 9am - 7pm Monday thru Friday is very convenient and Saturday 9am til Noon is a plus! Closed on Sunday, but you can always drop off at an authorized FedEx partner like Walgreens or Dollar General in Sundays or Holidays. At this location... I have never waited longer than 1 to 2 minutes in line. Parking is super close to a wall size automatic sliding glass door (nice when you're carrying a 30 lb+ box!).
