Excellent service, excellent personal
FEDEX attempted to deliver an EMPTY box 3 times to me. The PHONE that I ordered is being enjoyed by someone! And it definitely is not me! You'd think that FEDEX would pull their cameras and see which employee has my phone.

For the 6 months I've lived here, FedEx has always delivered my packages to the wrong house. Amazon, UPS, USPS, and all other carriers get it right. Update: FedEx delivered my package to the right house today. I'm hopeful this will continue.
Got the call my delivery attempt failed because I wasn't home about 30 min prior to them closing it work out very well so I was able to pick up my delivery they were quick and knew exactly where it was ! Thank you for helping me get my new computer before closing I appreciate y'all!!!
