Employee was rude and acted like she was too busy to help me....but isn't that your job?? She made rude comments that were not necessary. I was a little confused about a return and she had no patience or understanding. I could tell she was extremely annoyed and ready to get me out of the store. I would expect Fed Ex to be better.
I barely do reviews on Google but I had such a great experience with the girls working on 6/30/26 at around 3:45 pm! I had a live animal delivery waiting for me at the hub. When I walked in i said I have a delivery to pick up. Both girls were so happy I was there to get my snake outta there they were extremely polite, sweet and friendly. They had my baby ready to go and brought him to me in under a minute of walking in the door! Because after filling out all info you can't log in then they want to charge me 47.00 to deliver my package which to inform you i paid my shipping with Walmart the same time and day i placed order for item and paid Walmart for shipping so don't be charging me again for delivery , i am contacting Missouri General today
