The lady that was helping me was rude. Didn't even want to check if my package was at that facility.

What did I do to them?! The two ladies helping today rude.
Worst automated phone service I’ve experienced. Won’t let you talk to anyone until you provide tracking and when you do, it doesn’t understand it via words or typing it in. Terrible and waste of time.
