They are always friendly and helpful and that is the only saving grace. Unfortunately, they have all their employees park in the parking lot and there’s no parking for customers. When I don’t have to go back to work, it’s not an issue however I have had to find other places to drop off my packages. The parking lot isn’t big as it is and then to not have any parking. Drivers keep blocking our driveway to deliver to a neighbor and when I called customer service they told me there's nothing they can do. Couldn't even leave the house this am without having to ask the driver to move. Unprofessional.
