Stopped by to drop off at this location on 10/1/2025 and I was pleasantly surprised that there’s a staff named Michelle that was extremely courteous and professional at this location. I was in and out without any issues. She provided me all the help o needed to complete my shipment. More great staff like Michelle at FedEx locations please!
Package has been lost since Friday. FedEx representatives have called the main station multiple times to speak to a manager. They're has been no answer for 2 days. Horrible service
Driver's do not follow delivery instructions at all. Facility is always offline so you can't even call to reach them.
