I had to ship 2 boxes out... 1 to Colorado and 1 to Ohio & these guys were super helpful. They made this a lot less stressful than it was...Very personable. And they have a lot of parking. I definitely recommend this place.If I could give more stars...I would.
This Fedex Company is a Zero Level Company !!! Their Customer Services is Zero !!!! And their Delivery people services are Zero Level !!! I have talked with them , and the agent from the customer services telling me word by word , the delivery will be Close to 08:00 pm , so I’m not gonna sit the whole day waiting to 8 pm ? But Eventually the Delivery guy comes at 04:00 pm , so there is no one to take the envelope , and they leave the house !!! Three times it happened to me the same thing !!!
