The staff here is completely incompetent. A FedEx driver delivered a package for someone that hasn't lived at this address in almost a year (previous owners of the house who we don't know at all). Upon taking the package to have it returned to the send, I was told there was nothing that could be done about it since they can't scan the package back into the system. After about 5 mins of listening to them explain that they clearly don't don't care...I walked out leaving them with the package since it wasn't mine to begin with.... read more
