Package that was shipped on 8/20 and still has not been delivered coming from Sandusky Ohio which is a 3 hour drive. Tomorrow is my birthday and basically is ruined by Fedex
Fast, friendly service despite me waiting until late to return an item.
I came to Fedex with a delivery issue and Anita helped me out and was so kind! She honestly went above and beyond and was even cracking some jokes that were actually really funny. Made my whole day!
