Great service
I am disgusted with the lack of service and communication. Packages was supposed to be here BEFORE Xmas and it has been sitting in Columbus for days now. No option to allow me to pick it up which would have helped.
Open until 7:30pm and your shipments go out to the same day. Other branches holds your items until the next day if you drop off after 4

Unmatched stealth capabilities! My wife and I spent all day waiting just inside the door to our house and the driver managed to sneak up and get a picture without our noticing. Truly a gifted individual. Maybe not ideal if you actually want a package delivered. They got a nice picture of the sign I made saying "FEDEX RING DOORBELL"; shame that they seem to be unable to read.
