Horrible Service all my shit go destroyed!!!
I tried dropping off a package here today (Saturday) and everything online and on door says open at 930 and closed at noon on Saturdays. But I was there at 1030 and so were multiple people only to be met with locked door. Bad management.
Worthless. My daughter's seizure medications have been delayed because they don't want to drive to hand us the overnight delivery we paid for.
This location and the St. Louis location are the most incompetent people I’ve ever met. I work in a business where is very important that I get packages on time. And especially when I pay extra to do so. I paid priority shipping on a package that I was to pick up at 9:30 this morning to make sure I would have an order for a wedding that is today.
