Buen servicio y rápido
Just received half of my order that was supposed to be two boxes. Tried calling customer support and the AI lady is absolutely terrible. Can’t speak to an actual person. Fed-Ex is horrible.
Friendly & professional employees
Beyond terrible customer service. The person serving the customer start by the third person accessing the shop then continue with the second then went back to the third while the first person in line was waiting. Rather FedEx trains their people properly or have more staff to serve the public. I will never return to this place. It is pathetic.
