The lady at the Petersburg FedEx is awesome! She will assist you with your shipment, and you'll be on your way.
It's usually 1 woman there she isnt friendly but she gets in and out. She not rude either she gives stoic to me
The driver didn’t even try and knock on the door to get a signature and just left thanks FedEx such a great company. Now I have to wait another day because y’all can’t do your jobs right. Pathetic!
The parking lot is a tiny patch of dirt in front of this run down warehouse beside the landfill and railroad tracks. The counter area is tiny and run down. No space to wait with a large package if there is a line. I have never, in 10 years, had anything other than poor customer service at this location. This morning, the employee barely grunted at my husband and generally acted as if it was a huge imposition to scan his already wrapped, paid, and labeled 5 lb. Package.
