The woman who is usually at the front counter is always great. Could not ask for a better customer service person. But today I got a gentleman who said he was filling in for someone and he was absolutely rude and condescending, talked down to me and mocked me for wrapping my crate in warehouse cellophane wrap and securing it with banding. Told me that was dumb and wanted me to unwrap it all and wrap it in tape because they prefer tape. 133 pound crate and never offered to help lift it, move it, or anything.
It seems like every time I get something delivered through FedEx the last several months, the parcel comes covered in a visible coating of dust/dirt. It instantly comes off upon touching it so my hands and clothing get left with light brown dirt all over them simply from bringing it inside. It literally seems like someone is rolling packages around in the dirt before delivering them. It’s frustrating and gross (since the dirt origin is a complete mystery).
