Amazing, welcoming staff. Jordan is a rockstar. Confirmed all my decisions with copying and lamination as we worked through my order. Ample places to sit while I waited. Affordable prices. Will come back to this location again!

The woman who is usually at the front counter is always great. Could not ask for a better customer service person. But today I got a gentleman who said he was filling in for someone and he was absolutely rude and condescending, talked down to me and mocked me for wrapping my crate in warehouse cellophane wrap and securing it with banding. Told me that was dumb and wanted me to unwrap it all and wrap it in tape because they prefer tape. 133 pound crate and never offered to help lift it, move it, or anything.
