don't carry what they advertise. a simple box. no wonder they are the worst of all shipping companies
Beware using fedex to receive online orders. Ordered equipment for my field crew and they wouldn't accept the delivery because UPS was delivering it. Equipment had to go all the way back to the seller because they rejected it.
Very good customer service, staff very professional and knowledgeable. Every visit has been very good and fast.
