You would think a big FedEx shipping center such as the one on Commonwealth Avenue would be able to package your item if you have something to ship, but instead, I was told I would have to go package it myself and then I may or may not be charged for the items they have depending on the QR code. If this is an example of FedEx service, I am not impressed.
I was advised by customer service that I could come pick up my package here, but the manager was unwilling to locate it.
