I was expecting a package on 9-21-26. I received an email and looked up the status, it provided me with a time frame for that day. Nothing came in! I checked the next day and it said it would be delivered on 9-22-26. Still no package. It’s 9-24-26. I open a support ticket and still nothing. No more updates, no communication and when you reach out. You speak to a AI bot who reiterates the same thing. I decided to file a claim since I’m assuming it’s lost and no communication.

Same as others. Paid for express delivery and 8 days later still not delivered. Keep saying “delivery attempted” lying about it cause I am home and nobody came. Call and they cannot help other than “we will follow up” and if transfer to a supervisor, they leave you on the phone for hours.

07/24/2026 6pm This afternoon I went to this FedEx location to drop off a prepaid package. When I walked in, there was only one older Asian male employee and no other customers. As soon as he saw me enter, he turned around and disappeared into the back of the store. I had no idea what he was doing, so I stood at the counter waiting. I waited for a long time, and by then customers had already started lining up behind me. He still didn't come out.
