07/24/2026 6pm This afternoon I went to this FedEx location to drop off a prepaid package. When I walked in, there was only one older Asian male employee and no other customers. As soon as he saw me enter, he turned around and disappeared into the back of the store. I had no idea what he was doing, so I stood at the counter waiting. I waited for a long time, and by then customers had already started lining up behind me. He still didn't come out. Very bad service; when they see you're carrying large packages, they come out and tell you that you need to call them to have your package picked up.
Annabelle was extremely patient and helpful with me today. She helped me locate a lost package and she provided excellent customer service. I am glad she assisted me today. Thank you.
