BAD ATTITUDES and NO SERVICE. The reason I give one's star is I can't give zero on google.
FedEx express driver straight LIED said they tried to deliver my package while I was home waiting. Now they are trying to make me drive all the way to city of industry to pick up my package. Waiting on the manager to resolve this but of course there is no direct line. Such bad service
Holding my package hostage. It was supposed to be delivered 2 day ago. It said barcode unreadable and replaced but now I don't have an updated delivery date and it just sitting in the city of industry for days now. Ridiculous
