Holding my package hostage. It was supposed to be delivered 2 day ago. It said barcode unreadable and replaced but now I don't have an updated delivery date and it just sitting in the city of industry for days now. Ridiculous
Google should really allow for 0 stars. FedEx is ridiculous. The package I was having delivered required a signature, and since I was going to be at work I thought I would save fedex a trip and pick it up at this office on my way home from work. The package was scheduled to be delivered at 2PM on a Friday. 4Pm rolls around I get off of work and it’s still “out for delivery”.
