Annabelle was extremely patient and helpful with me today. She helped me locate a lost package and she provided excellent customer service. I am glad she assisted me today. Thank you.
Deliver driver is absolutely horrible! Front door was open, all lights on, windows not covered. Delivery driver sneaked to the side door to leave note that I was not home to deliver package. I have it all on camera too. Paid for overnight shipping not to even get what I paid for. Then my package arrives late at the facility so I cant even pick it up. Lazy and lying drivers at FedEx. Wish the company I bought my product used UPS.
They dont print out labels you would need to have your own
