Godawful service. Pay your delivery drivers enough to have them not absolutely hate their jobs. They are so incredibly poor at delivering anything, it is no surprise the lost package claims are likely along the highest in the nation.
He listened to other people and took my package to Chico ! Now I have to go back tomorrow
Whoever delivers in my area is absolutely terrible, delivering things to the wrong address, leaving packages behind a tree 40 feet from my mailbox and 200 feet from my front door, this is totally unacceptable. If I had a choice how people shipped things to me I would never choose FedEx.
