My order was left outside on a bench at Beach and Tennis Resort, never delivered, its the third time this had occurred and it could have been stolen. Walmart Wed Aug 31 5:00 pm Order # 200010229611995
My package, a new recliner, was left at the bottom of 3 flights of stairs instead of at my door. I am 80 years old and the only help I had was my daughter to get the box up the stairs and into my home. It was signed a W Williams. This was very poor service. This is not the first that packages delivered have been left at the bottom of.the stairs. At least UPS does bring them.to the.front door.

In general FedEx used to have a great service, packages always on time, etc. This location is particularly consistent with poor service over the last couple years in that they don’t seem to care to be there or help, more or less a drop box for packages pre labeled. There are better options on Hilton Head
