The customer service lady who helped me was absolutely Amazing. She knew exactly what I needed. I had to send back a piece of equipment to AT&T. I gave her the account number, and it was smooth sailing from there. I really wish I had gotten her name. I like to put names on my reviews. She knows who she is. I am sure she is great with all customers.
Do not waste your time with this location. Damaged product after i dropped it off and then claim the product is leaking and will not ship it. Find a UPS or Post office to do your business with.

Incompetent drivers, but it doesn't surprise me with the extreme lack of customer service and poor business practices the company itself has.
