Talking to a customer with your mouth full of food is disguting. Not having someone available for DangerousGoods drop off makes no sense if this is a Dangerous Good DROP OFF. I was told you can purchase a Label here but when arrived NOPE.
Have to drop off packages for work and this is a nice option since it closes super late and less issues having important packages getting lost as it's next to the hub. Staff has always been helpful at this location. Wish I could say the same for other FedEx locations.
My package has been sitting at the facility for 16 hours and I’m still being notified that it’s out for delivery. It’s no reason within 16 hours you guys didn’t have time to deliver my package or notify me that my package is delayed. This will be my last time using “Fed Ex” for any type of delivery.
