Waited at the drop off area for nearly 20 minutes before another customer started banging on the doors. Finally a very un helpful person arrived. Never using FedEx again!
Shipped a package here that was supposed to be delivered at noon. Can’t cross the border without it. Of course it is late and of course this place is useless. I remember when FedEx was good
Lies about delivering packages to address. Call to get help and ai Robert prevents talking to person. Once get person on phone they don’t help and just tell you to wait till package finally shows up. I’ve lost all faith in FedEx I will seek to buy goods in person from now since mail and online orders never show. Complete failure of a business doing the one thing they exist for.
