Delivery driver has not nocked on my door or rang my doorbell when i was home, they immediately put a tag on my door. called the service department and they suggested i add delivery suggestions for ringing the door bell or knocking loudly... these people are being trained to insult our intelligence.

I had an overnight package that was delayed for a couple of days due to a weather backlog. The store was able to find my package and have me on my way in under 5 minutes. Great service, courteous and professional staff.

There is nothing more stressful then ording a online order and seeing FedEx is the company transporting it, Especially this one. Everything that goes through this store it gets delivered to the wrong location, or no care whatsoever, I had to sign for a package and couldnt because they brought it to the wrong door where no-one was. Then they came back next day and the driver said "i cant get to your package can I come back later?" What type of crap is that?😂 they hire just about anyone over there dont they.

Terrible customer service. Had to go pick up my own shipment from Fort Collins as they can't seem to do the paid for job. Lady MGR acts like we dont pay for overnight psckages and should expect to wait. Had more attitude than a teenage girl.
