Walk in to ship an item, ask the guy if he could print the label that a girl at the same location did a month ago, he looked at me like I kicked his sick dog and tog me know, then told me to go to a print center, I was complaining as I was walking out because I mean how is it that the main fedex hub in Charleston can not print a shipping label??? Waited for 2-day delivery of package that did not require a signature. The time frame was 11:30 am - 1:45 pm....was at the the address when the driver arrived but did not hear a knock...a chair was on the landing, but the driver was filmed coming to the door but carrying the item back to the van. That was around 3:00 PM. Had to purchase a substitute item the next day for an important event. Got run around from a foreign contact who would not provide a contact phone number for the local distribution center. The package arrive... read more
