Terrible customer service, I come here almost everyday to drop off packages for my business. None of the employees here are polite, they don’t even welcome you and are always changing where to put our 10+ packages, it’s so annoying. This is the first fedex location that doesn’t even have a cart for customers to bring in their packages. Unfortunately, this is the worst fedex location I’ve ever been too.
Lack of rolling carts to assist their customers at this 857 FedEx location. I been to All Sacramento, Dorado county, and Chico locations and they all always have those carts available. I approached workers at this 857 FedEx Location here in Yuba and they reply that “all carts are all being occupied with packages for the driver” Management please leave at least two carts available for your customers. Make your front desk lazy employees work and carry packages to the back.
