I had a frustrating experience as I paid $30 additional for express/next day shipping and unfortunately my package was delayed in Memphis, causing my package to be late by 3 days and due to the delay I was unable to bring my package with me on my trip, out of the country. I spoke with customer service and for some reason they directed my call to my local Cary location, to dispute the issue. I have rarely been more happy with a shipping experience than I am with my visit to the Cary, IL FedEx Shipping location. I arrived with two big, heavy returns in the back of my car. As an older woman, I wasn’t sure how I could get them inside by myself. I went in and Saul greeted me and was very friendly. He pointed to a cart I could use.
