This company shouldn't be in business, full stop. FedEx fails in every single possible metric as a courier. Whether transferring through Henderson or Aurora, your package will get lost stolen or held for inconceivable amounts of time. I am to the point that I will NOT do business with companies that use FedEx. Good luck with this incompetent company y'all.
