So FedEx now opens packages? How crazy! My package arrived incomplete when they shouldn't have opened it or removed any items. What kind of people work with FedEx now? Someone who only cares about the contents of the packages and what they can open and remove? I called the office, and they said, "Take it up with the sender. I won't do it; it's not my business." First day, we were home with doors and garage open all day. They left tag on the door. Watched video and doorbell wasn’t pressed. 2nd day we were not home. 3rd day we were again home all day waiting for delivery by 8pm as promised. We made sure to have door open and aware they were delivering. At 8pm they updated delivery with “not home” and used a picture from two days ago of the door tag again. They never attempted today.
