This place and their delivery drivers SUCK.!!!!! September 9th i was supposed to receive my package but they said no one was present. I was sitting right on my living room couch which is directly by my door. Nobody knocked, nobody rang the doorbell and i also got the notification 2 minutes later so they wasn’t even there long. absolute dog water of an app and company you turn your notifications on you turn tracking on you turn text message tracking on and they don’t send you any notifications until after they leave the freaking slip. L if I had enough time, I would leave a negative review on every single FedEx one across the country with negative stars. i hate your company. oh, did I mention no knock or buzzer at all so how am I supposed to know?
So FedEx now opens packages? How crazy! My package arrived incomplete when they shouldn't have opened it or removed any items. What kind of people work with FedEx now? Someone who only cares about the contents of the packages and what they can open and remove? I called the office, and they said, "Take it up with the sender. I won't do it; it's not my business."
