I am a business owner and of all of the delivery services that are out there FedEx is the absolute most frustrating one to deal with. The communication internally is lagging and inconsistent meaning online it can be telling you one thing but in reality they are going to be doing another thing. When calling in, the auto attendant on the phone is absolutely maddening and just about as possible to talk with a representative. Very very frustrating and very disappointing.
