Friendly and great service, helpful and able to pick up packages that require a signature after a delivery when no one os home to sign for a package.This is a great service for us that work during the day. I have moved all shipments to FedEx as others dont offer this service
Would not deliver my package. Said my address did not exist. Sent my box back.
Ive been here twice before and both timees had friendly helpful service. Today was the same. A very nice lady took my package , explained the system and was very pleasant.
This place and their delivery drivers SUCK.!!!!! September 9th i was supposed to receive my package but they said no one was present. I was sitting right on my living room couch which is directly by my door. Nobody knocked, nobody rang the doorbell and i also got the notification 2 minutes later so they wasn’t even there long. September 10th which is today the same thing happened. I’m supposed to sign for my package so don’t you think if a person needs to sign for a package the drivers should knock on the door?
