The representative went out of her way to find a box the right size to ship my items!
This place is terrible. I paid for $82 overnight delivery. They are 2 day late. They would not refund my money. Buyer beware
Ordered a phone through Amazon and it was marked as delivered only it was to the wrong address and havent been helpful in getting it back or any info. Gonna have to wait till after the holiday to get a replacement for what they wrongly delivered.
Just dropped off a return package I needed to ship out and was probably one of the best customer service experiences! The lady working was very nice and even helped me lift my package. The whole process was quick and easy. They even provide carts to help you with larger boxes, like I had.
