DELIVERED AT WRONG ADDRESS. I'm guessing they hire drivers that can't read because this is the THIRD TIME where a package passes through here and onto the wrong house, and seeing from other reviewers this is just how they operate.
Their dumb drivers put my package on its side when it clearly states "this side up." I ordered Scentsy waxes. They all melted and soaked into the box because it was on its side. On top of that, when I called I had to keep telling the machine I wanted a representative, it eventually hung up on me. I called back, asked again, it hung up on me.
