So efficient
I was told by customer service that I could collect my package from here. I even made triple sure by telling them how far I was going to drive and to please make sure I will be able to collect my package. They said I'm OK to go get it and even offered the address I already had. I drive from my home in Palm Desert to this Fedex and of course...they have my package. But will not give it to me. FedEx stole my package in Palm Springs 2025. Package was “delivered “ to wrong address. Found the package!!! But it was completely empty?!? The box was relabeled and my item was retapped and relabeled.
If you need to call FedEx here is what you need to do. Dial 800-463-3339 for customer service. After you hear the automated voice, say "main menu," then say "technical assistance," then say "more options," then say "something else." Never use fedex. Worst customer service in the whole world!
It was quiet when I went into the office with a printed tag and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes
