Maybe Im just being paranoid but I recently moved to Jackson...South Jackson! Fedex has never been my favorite delivery service but since relocating it's gotten horrible. I have had some unusually negative delivery experiences with FedEx here at my new address. After being rescheduled mutiple times the delivery driver sent my package back as rejected by customer...a flat out lie! Although the location isnt convenient, the service was fast and easy. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

The tracking app said my package had been delivered and it had not. This is not the first time this has happened to me.
