Packages that get routed through the Pearl, MS. Center often are either late, misrouted out of the area, or delivered to the wrong address. I don’t know if it’s the quality of employees, inattention of management or overall working conditions but the service that routes through there is lacking to say the least. I would submit a photo, but since yet another package hasn’t shown up there is nothing to photograph… I would not recommend shipping or having a package delivered through this location.

Non-stop problems with FedEx Ground (and Air) for literally a couple of decades. Current issue is the driver leaving packages behind our gate, *in the driveway*.Gate is at the top of a rise, and you can't see the driveway as you pass through the gate. Larger packages get pushed by the gate; smaller ones are left in the drive and get run over. I’ve been waiting for 4 days for some important documents that were shipped for overnight delivery and it’s been 4 days now. This is unacceptable. Especially since it was sent from inside the state and the shipping center is only an hour away from it’s destination.

Was worried to visit based on reviews, but I had a great experience. Quicker and more friendly service than I've ever had at UPS. And the return process was quicker than Amazon returns. In and out literally within 30 seconds. Extremely impressed with the quick process and very friendly staff.
