The tracking app said my package had been delivered and it had not. This is not the first time this has happened to me.
Driver showed up at time given by FedEx, got out and then left without delivering my package. Basically delaying my delivery, AGAIN!!!
Packages that are guaranteed are always late. You cannot get anyone on the phone and their customer service 800 number is a joke. They can only tell you what you can see on the tracking information online. They are just as worthless as the delivery people and the DC are.
Cant get anyone on the phone. Horrible
