Very helpful & caring employees
Packages that get routed through the Pearl, MS. Center often are either late, misrouted out of the area, or delivered to the wrong address. I don’t know if it’s the quality of employees, inattention of management or overall working conditions but the service that routes through there is lacking to say the least. I would submit a photo, but since yet another package hasn’t shown up there is nothing to photograph… I would not recommend shipping or having a package delivered through this location.
Non-stop problems with FedEx Ground (and Air) for literally a couple of decades. Current issue is the driver leaving packages behind our gate, *in the driveway*.Gate is at the top of a rise, and you can't see the driveway as you pass through the gate. Larger packages get pushed by the gate; smaller ones are left in the drive and get run over.
