1-Star Review — FedEx, I’m Exhausted I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but FedEx has pushed me to my limit. Every time I see a package is being shipped through them, I instantly get stressed because it’s ALWAYS a problem. Not once in a while… every single time. Delays. “Out for delivery” with no delivery. Always helped in a reasonable time, and the representatives are always professional.
I happened into the FedEx Shipping Center on Chouteau in St. Louis, Missouri to ship my son his birthday package. I was greeted by "Christian" who was pleasant and kind the entire time I was there. He was patient with me as I navigated the price points while simultaneously waiting on other customers; never allowing anyone to wait. This is my type of customer service! You got it right FedEx! The staff was very friendly
Paid for overnight delivery and their driver Mark didnt even make an attempt to deliver it. I paid for it to get here before Sunday bc it was an urgent item I needed by Monday Morning, now it is Sunday, their office is closed, and nobody can help me get my item before I need it. I sat at home all day waiting for a package that was scheduled to be delivered at 1pm only for it to never have even left the facility. Thank you FedEx and thank you MARK for not doing your job and ruining my weekend.
