I had a great experience picking up my phone at this location. The customer service representative was exceptionally helpful, thoroughly answered all of my questions, and kindly allowed me to wait inside for my ride. Some, their delivery drivers are commendable—one went out of their way to hand deliver my package nearby when I missed the initial delivery
