This is horrible. They said they were gonna deliver my couch for 3 days in a row now and all 3 days they said that they could not make it up the driveway. They absolutely could have made it up the driveway all 3 days today they reported they could not make it up the driveway but did not even drive up the street to check if they could.

Terrible manager, very rude and unprofessional. People say the economy is bad but I can't understand why people like her can still find a job. I guess the economy isn't bad enough.
