Have live fish being delivered and paid priority overnight. Was to be delivered yesterday 5/7 by 2:00 pm. Called filed a complaint no one cares. Then shows in Register, GA this morning at 10 am and to be delivered by 2:00 pm 5/8. Nope showing "Richard" the driver is out and running behind to be delivered by end of day, which is 8pm. Not sure why this is since Register is 12 whole miles from me. My guess is...my fish are dead. UPS, however, had my other order of live fish delivered early and on time. FedEx doesn't care. Drivers have ran over my septic tank line numerous times instead of backing out driveway. Delivered to wrong address when my number is clearly at my driveway. When I do have a package they do the same thing.

FedEx is a company that clearly has serious internal theft issues. My package was delivered with the item stolen from inside and the box re-taped with clear tape. This isn’t accidental damage — it’s theft. Reporting this was a nightmare. FedEx makes the process intentionally difficult, bouncing you between the website, phone support, and social media (X/Twitter), with zero accountability. No real investigation. No resolution.
