I was sent an overnight package for Wednesday delivery and it was taken back to facility with an update stating delivery for next day. Thursday came, update said out for delivery and again, never delivered, taken back to facility. Friday, same thing, out for delivery and the end of the day, taken back to facility. The driver ran over my dog and didn't even know it. I have repeatedly asked him to slow down and watch out for my dogs. Nobody at the office cares.
My package can make it all the way from Greece, travel through Italy, yet you can't deliver my package? It was on the truck for delivery first thing this morning and ya'll take it off and the update is "it's ready for pickup". On a Friday night no less. Ya'll make me sick.
