My wife ordered some 200# hearth and the man that delivered it offered to help haul it into the house which we did. It showed up when and where it was supposed to. I tried to contact the main store in Spokane but was only allowed to interact with the unhelpful clanker menu. Delivery man: five stars. Clanker menu: negative eight stars.
