Had a package to be delivered Nov 6,I had to go to the facility to pick it up because "I had failed to be at the address" to sign for it. The delivery man never went down my driveway(I have cameras) and I've had two employees from this location tell me the employee who has the route my address is on,has a habit of not delivering packages that needs signatures.
Not shipping labels to print out and no receipts to print out. Good thing I had my own. Not a very busy store. Had to wait about 10 min. before someone came to the front to help me.
This location DOES NOT care if your package arrives. I'm having the same problem as the other complaints. They do not attempt to deliver the packages, some of their route drivers are lazy and incompetent.
Opening was a breeze. No line. Fast costumer service
Delivered half of my package to me and delivered the other half to someone else I've spoke to multiple people about it yet nobody can seem to resolve the issue or even bother to find the package they lost? Also terrible customer service
