FEDEX IS THE WORST! 1. I have videos showing the FedEx driver assigned to our area makes no effort to ring the doorbell or knock when a package needs to be signed for. 2. I called customer service to find out how to get my package after it wasn’t delivered the second time. They told me to arrive at 2:00 to pick the package up, but the pick-up center does not even open until 4:00. 3. I’ve now been waiting for TWO HOURS for them to find my package!
