Not only this fedex but ALL FEDEX'S are the most unreliable shipping companies I've ever dealt with in my life. I HATE that Spectrum picky ships with them! They'll tell you they'll arrive with your package between 9am - 1:20 am have you waste your whole damn day waiting on them for them to send a message saying new time 8:40 pm. WORST SERVICE EVER! TO MAKE IT WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN'T HELP YOU AT ALL THAN TELL YOU TO DOWNLOAD THE APP SO I CAN TRACK IT BETTER & GET UPDATES THROUGHOUT THE DAY & I'VE GOT NO RESPONSE STILL.

I’ve had multiple failed delivery attempts with FedEx, all involving the same driver, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. On the first attempt, no one knocked or gave any notice—they just left a door tag. For the second attempt, I actually took time off work to make sure I’d be home. Again, the driver didn’t knock and simply left. I even left a clear sign that I was home, but it was ignored.
