FedEx Ship Center

Undoubtedly, the worst FedEx ship location. I have drivers that just don’t drop off packages because they “don’t feel like it“. I have a shipment out for delivery today, and tracking on the map shows the driver is headed north on 95 back to Fredericksburg. I don’t know how any of these people can keep their jobs. We would be better off by not having FedEx service available in this area. The UPS in Fredericksburg is a night and day difference. Whatever happened to people taking pride and what they do?

I tried to have 2 doors delivered to my home. one arrived damaged. I am a 65 elderly retired woman living with my disabled son. the doors arrived with deep damage to the packaging. the two young fit delivery people refused to help me, sat in their truck and watched me struggle for close to an hour unpacking 2 heavy packaged doors. the door was indeed damaged. they left without giving me the packing slip or any documents to follow up on.

It's kind of in the boonies. Uncrowded and the counter service we received was excellent.

The most terrible place. They said delivery was attempted, but no one knocked at my door and no notice was left that someone has been at my door. What a nightmare.

Location was a little hidden could’ve had a couple more signs showing the entry door was for the public as we went to a different door cause it wasn’t indicated very well. But very nice surroundings unfortunately, it’s a little further for me to drive to get there.
