Absolutely ridiculous. I had been waiting all day for a package that needed a signature only to be informed that I wasn’t available and left a notice for a redelivery but the photo the notice was left on was very clearly not my door. Immediately upon seeing this I contacted fed ex customer service only to be informed they are sorry but cannot have the driver correct his mistake and I needed to just wait. Definitely do not recommend fed ex as a delivery service as I do not believe they take misdeliveries seriously.
Shipm was on my porch like it should of been. But not with the 1st delivery -left in the rain. Lazy Lazy part one of 3 order.
Update: My package was actually placed close to the door and also when it was raining- & it's amazing how much this FedEx man cares!! Here's the scoop in the loop : My packages are delivered by FedEx. Packages are left secure on my back porch. When it rains my packages are in a plastic bag -how wonderful is that.🤷 Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The snacks and drinks are always in tact. I hope you have a great year.
461554526294 tracking number... This is not my house.. I am apparently across the street. This is a part of a horse barn door entrance. You all delivered it to 2585 Hoover Rd.. You all have been here 2,000 times since 2009 I know.
