I don't give bad reviews. Here is my first. HORRID phone service. I need to speak to a PERSON about them delivering my package tomorrow. AI doesn't understand that because it's limited. No matter how I tried to get it to transfer me to a PERSON, it got confused and started over. Infuriating! When someone says, customer representative, or I want to talk to a person, SEND THEM TO A PERSON!
Was quick and easy. Got a receipt for the package. No waiting
Never use FedEx in Fort Collins. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!!
They sit around doing nothing, and act like helping a customer is a major burden. Use anyone else
