Their driver rang my doorbell and didn’t deliver my 650$ package I have it in video. They closed my case too and won’t help me receive my package or refund me my money! Here’s the video proof! If they know what you have is expensive they will fake the delivery and blame you.

I don't give bad reviews. Here is my first. HORRID phone service. I need to speak to a PERSON about them delivering my package tomorrow. AI doesn't understand that because it's limited. No matter how I tried to get it to transfer me to a PERSON, it got confused and started over. Infuriating! When someone says, customer representative, or I want to talk to a person, SEND THEM TO A PERSON!
