Absolutely incompetent. They had failed to find my home several times, so I drove to the other side of town to get my package and drew them a map with home circled for future reference. Next package, they delivered to another home, not mine. The picture was clearly not my home, and could not tell what home it was because the picture was just of the ground. I eventually got in touch with this local ship center through FedEx customer support. They acknowledged delivery to the wrong address, and said they would would go retriev... read more
