They are very helpful in finding a package if I could not be at home to sign for it.
This review is for FedEx services in general. Package was supposed to be delivered by end of day on Saturday. Was scanned at the hub in Henderson at 7am. By 7pm it was marked as "delayed". Now it is Monday. Package is delayed again but now it is scanned at the hub in CASPER WY?! Called customer service and spoke with someone in India who had no more access to FedEx databases than anyone else (i.e. he was quoting info from the website tracking).
