I stopped by around 1:00 PM today and had a miserable experience. The older man at the front desk was extremely rude, expecting me to know his job and responding to basic questions with snappy comebacks. I hope his day gets better so he stops taking his personal misery out on customers. I'll be taking my shipping elsewhere.
Their driver rang my doorbell and didn’t deliver my 650$ package I have it in video. They closed my case too and won’t help me receive my package or refund me my money! Here’s the video proof! If they know what you have is expensive they will fake the delivery and blame you.
