Can't get anyone to help me with an undeliverable package. Their "AI assistant" is absolutely useless and makes it impossible to talk to any actual person.
Misty originally refused to accept a package. This seemed unusual because I was returning a package that FedEx delivered to me. She was adamant that I must obtain a new box and there was nothing she could do to help. Eventually a guy came out, took over for her, and applied a special sticker to the box and all was well.
