Extremely disappointed with FedEx. My package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. FedEx provided a delivery photo, and yes, the picture is of my house—but the package was left off to the side of my porch, away from my front door and outside the view of my security cameras. There was a clear, covered front porch and a normal delivery area right by the front door. Instead, the package was left in an exposed location near the side of the house and close to the road. Worst service ever. FedEx sucks
The one on adamo drive is always the reliable option. The ones embedded in Dollar general and Walgreens etcetera do not offer the same professional service. The actual store on adamo and also on Kennedy are the only ones to go to. The other locations are a clown show.
Delivery driver was a jerk !!!! And should be fired !!!! Idiot driver left a note on my door saying I wasn't home he's a liar my garage was halfway open I was in the garage and I said who is it I heard knocking I'm disabled and I use a walker I said again who is it I said it three times no way anyone can tell me he did not hear me or she did not hear me because a person outside heard me yelling and walked up to my garage ask me if i needed help!!!!
