first incident lost a $3,000 computer told me sorry you don't have the insurance an just never spoke to me again in 2014 then ever since Been sending my stuff to a church down the road for 5 years I finally moved out of the area to a different area they still bring my stuff to the wrong address an they just hang up on you when you call to report it no customer service ever lost $100 in Christmas gifts today

I use this facility probably once a week and they're always very friendly and helpful.
Very helpful with getting me return shipping stickers
Twice they “attempted” to deliver a large package but did not call my phone or follow directions to deliver to back of my house. Just left the sticker. I am trying to call and talk to a real live human.
