Very helpful with getting me return shipping stickers
Twice they “attempted” to deliver a large package but did not call my phone or follow directions to deliver to back of my house. Just left the sticker. I am trying to call and talk to a real live human.
The lady at the ship center was extremely helpful in being able to print out a label from my email. Great service
My package needed a signature I waited home all day, the driver never knocked on my door . He stuck a sticker on the door but never attempted to knock. The dog would’ve barked if he did and my kids were in the room next to the door.
