Package was not delivered to correct address. Had to go to FedEx office in Brentwood to get my package
I sent a package for grandson's birthday on Wed, paid extra to overnight it (from IL to TN) for Thurs and... it didn't arrive. Not sure why. Waited till Friday & it still didn't arrive. Went in to see why. Man at counter (that also shipped it) said note in system says "undeliverable address". That's odd because I've had no problem with previous deliveries to same address.
