I have a package setting in there facility since Friday August 2 at 5:44am. It was supposed to deliver Friday but it didn’t. I received 2 packages from the same shipper, but not the big package. I think they don’t want to have to lift on it, so they just keep letting it set there. It is now August 6 and it’s still showing it has not moved. Every day when I track it, it says it will deliver that day. Call and talk to someone and get the run around!

FedEx is trash.
Didn’t knock at all when delivering a package that had to be signed for meaning I had to go back to facility where I get told I have to wait another 3 hours for the truck to return just to get a package that should’ve been an easy drop off. I paid so much extra for shipping just for them to not even make a single attempt. My dog didn’t even so much as hint that somebody was at the door almost as if they snuck up and ran off to not have to do their job. Rude.
2 days in a row they didn't show to deliver my package but the driver claims they attempted. Funny how video cameras tell a different story, like your drivers lie about attempting to deliver. Surprised they still try that excuse with all the cameras nowadays.
