Fedex will be standing in front of the building. Take a picture and say there's no access when they have a code for access. I've never experienced anything like dealing with FedEx in my life. It's maddening

Absolutely horrible. Cant get any help. Been lied to multiple times. Still don't have my package and its been "out for delivery" about 4 times now. Keep getting different excuse each time. Its a large package, so it is almost like the driver is purposely not going to deliver because they don't want to lift it. (Laziness!)
