Service sucks. Tracked package that's out for delivery all day it was in my living area now it's 815 pm and still haven't made it here yet
"We don't have your package here at ABC . It is actually at XYZ". This package is critical so I rearrange my workday, apologize to my customers for being late and reschedule appointments, and drive to XYZ. Result: no package. A FedEx Wizard at XYZ found it and it was back at ABC. In fairness, I know ABC's "cOmPuTeRs" told them it was at XYZ. They showed me the monitor upon my disbelief. It isn't the workers, IT'S FEDEX! They need to read my notes because there times I asked dont knock ring the door bell it on the door read the note
One star is far to good for this place. Delayed package with no reason given. This seems to be the going trend here FED EX! Package was "delivered" and then found behind the driver's seat. Only after several days of phone tag. Notified by Amazon not fedex that package was at this hub. Got off work made my down to facility, was closed before stated time online. Came back Monday and package was sent back to sender not one time was I notified (text, email, phone call, pony express or carrier pigeon) of any update in this proces... read more
