Didn't send my package it came back to me in 3 days
The employees at this location seem to revel in making shipping anything incredibly difficult. The lady in front of me asked for help and the guy just gave her the customer service number. Do yourself a favor and try a different location.
They will lie to you like it’s their job. They have wasted my day with back and forth nonsense. Was told I could pick my very important package up that should’ve already been delivered because it was express. When I got to the hub they said it just went out on the pm truck. Called customer service to confirm and they said it will not be delivered today that it is not on the pm truck. I took a full day off of work to wait for this package and they’ve screwed me.
