Didn’t knock at all when delivering a package that had to be signed for meaning I had to go back to facility where I get told I have to wait another 3 hours for the truck to return just to get a package that should’ve been an easy drop off. I paid so much extra for shipping just for them to not even make a single attempt. My dog didn’t even so much as hint that somebody was at the door almost as if they snuck up and ran off to not have to do their job. Rude.
2 days in a row they didn't show to deliver my package but the driver claims they attempted. Funny how video cameras tell a different story, like your drivers lie about attempting to deliver. Surprised they still try that excuse with all the cameras nowadays.
Came in and my bag needed a single strip of tape and she said no they don’t tape after a pair for shipping like wow . Be serious never again ups from here on out.
This facility sucks there is always a problem receiving my packages now I was supposed to have gotten medical supplies on Wednesday and it's Friday and they can't find the package since they are playing God with my life I talked to a lawyer who was very happy to start a suit against them and if I end up in the hospital I will be sitting really good for what life I have unless this kills me then my daughter and grand kid's will be set
My package may or may not be at this location. There is no way to call, email or chat anyone at FedEx. It's no surprise that FedEx is a dying company.
