I have called and called and it keeps saying for 4 days now that my package my first package has been on a truck with Jonathan since Friday and now it's Monday still not here a second package was supposed to be on the same truck with Jonathan and it is still not here. This is not acceptable. Maybe we need to report some fraud going on. The app nor the web page updates and no one calls back to investigate where my package is. To many packages coming through this facility are running late! Tracking doesn’t update like it should! I have a package that left Kansas City at 2:12 this morning and should’ve made it to Pittsburgh in plenty of time to have been on the truck today, but nope it’s not even checked in and tracking has an updated. It’s a good thing. I have nothing else to do but sit around and wait for them all day.
