This is the 3rd time I a month I have had to go find my packages. The drivers for the Pittsburgh Kansas location are just delivering people's stuff wherever they want. This is terrible service. When you contact the company they give you the run around.
Package has been scheduled for delivery roughly over 7 days now. On the first round driver said delivered my package at a shed I have no sheds at my house. Filed a claim with shipper got a new package sent out. Driver came to the beginning of my driveway and turned around 7 days earlier at 315pm before delivering my package and now I have another package they are holding and cant get ahold of anyone locally to solve some problems... out for delivery for 7 days is not acceptable and communication has been non existent especia... read more
Have had my sons birthday present out for delivery 2 times, 1st time they lied and said I wasn't available for delivery. I have cameras they never showed. Today they said it was on the truck for delivery, waited till midnight before they sent a notice saying they will make an attempt at a later date. This company is trash, UPS is way better.
Absolutely the worst service of any courier. Ever since they’ve opened up the new facility they have provided nothing but sub par delivery. I never get my packages delivered on the date specified.
Package was “ Out for delivery” 45 minutes before the end of the expected time it was still in Pittsburgh this place is a dam joke fedex is a joke joke them selfs don’t waste your money for a week late packages
