The customer service was fantastic. The young man who waited on me was so friendly and took care of everything. I recommend it to everyone!
Driver went past the road I live on twice, and was within a mile of me once. He then drove back and forth across town, then went south. I live on the north end of town. One would think he would want to get me out of the way first because Pittsburg is 45 min to an hour south and west of me. My delivery window was changed from 11 to 3 to before 8 pm. Maybe I will actually get it by 8 pm.
Caution there's a delivery driver named Brandon who delivers packages in Pittsburg ks. He will intentionally not deliver you're package he'll even go as far as sending a fake picture of you're address and mark it as undeliverable even though he never attempted to make contact with you as far as I know tampering with mail is a federal offense
Why can amazon and ups deliver my packages to my shop without issues?? Why is it that one fedex driver can deliver my packages but the other cant. This gaffe along with previous gaffe has cost my business between 12 to 17k in loss had to send employees home yesterday early and had to send people home today because my package keeps getting forwarded to the next day because fedex carriers deliver to my address when they feel like it.
