Fast an easy
Unbelievable, they attempted to deliver my package to a vacant house that is under construction next door. Even wrote their address (which is NOT the delivery address) on the door tag. Had to go next door just to get the information to call. Customer service is a joke and said although it was their mistake another attempt would be made tomorrow. TOMORROW? Why not today if you're at fault? So I stressed the fact that it was delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS and she said she added a note. My question is what is a note going to do... read more
