Unable to call the facility directly. When I called the main FedEx number they had to call the facility and the employee didn’t even bother to look. I was told the package was not there. And I was told that my tracking was incorrect because my tracking showed that it was there AND SIGNED FOR! FedEx in general does not care about their customers. No one seems to care about details.
