Insanely slow and poor customer service
May not be convenient for many folks but your package will be there, safe, secure and handled by professionals.
Very frustrating experience every time I come here. The staff seems unhappy and makes even simple things unnecessarily complicated. They don’t even try to listen to what you’re trying to explain, and instead of trying to help, it feels like they simply don’t want to. I am not sure if they know their mission.
Customer Service it’s not their first priority. Not a pleasant experience sending a package.
