Not just the worst FedEx I've ever been too - but the outright worse shipping facility. I had scheduled an express package to be held for pickup here. Day of comes, and tracking says it's there, but not ready for pickup. Around 4pm, nothings changed - I call the main help line, they check, and say no problem it's ready to pickup. I go, wait in line, and the worker says "nope, not here - we gave it to the ground driver this afternoon with a bunch of other stuff so it could get delivered in Quincy instead".
