Perfect for dropping off tagged packages securely, instead of risking them at a Walgreens or at a drop box. No need to wait in line; just place your packages on the conveyor belt. The Ground cut-off time is inaccurate; it's definitely not 5pm for Ground. I have dropped off many Ground packages right before 5pm, and they never get scanned until 1pm the following business day.

At 9:50 AM,I walked in to 775 Summer St. to send a package. there were six people in front of me with no employee insight. I waited until 957 and then I had to leave to get back to work. No employee ever came out. I went back at 11 AM. There was nobody in line one employee behind the counter. I said, "hi how are you? " didn't respond to me continue to just keep typing got up. Scheduled a pick up 3-5 pm for a perishable dry ice package. Nobody showed up and it showed as picked up. Called them and they scheduled another pick up for 4:40 to 6:40 pm so I stayed 2 hours after work. NOBODY showed up. They said that someone came but there was no package (but I was here the whole time). Customer support was just like oh well you're SOL, repackage the whole thing, print new labels and hope that it works out tomorrow. Scammers.
