Paid for 2 day shipping. Driver Corey spent all day doing whatever and missed my delivery window. So after paying extra for rush shipping on my package that was a medical device I'm now getting it late and probably not going to be reimbursed the fees. Great job Corey and FedEx! Do better both of you!
The crew that works here are great!! Always helpful and kind!! Im disabled so, I asked them if they could help me get my packages out to my pickem up truck and they said Absolutely, no problem! Just amazing people so, I had to jump on here and leave a good review for them! Thank you FedEx Ship Center!!
Worst drivers ever!! I live in the country & I get home after work @ 10:15pm to find my delivery sitting in the snow in between mine & my neighbors mailboxes. When I purchased the item on line I even gave specific instructions & where to leave the item. You can see my house plainly from the road & there is plenty of space to turn around so why would the driver leave a 75lb. Parcel sitting next to the street for me @ 10:15 to figure out how I'm going to get this in my car & then in my house? If there was a way to do it I woul... read more
FedEx has been awful! Say they delivered package I did NOT receive it. No picture to show package at my door. Refused to help me said it was delivered and I did not get it! Told me I need to contact shipper I did not hire FedEx to deliver so they aren’t accountable? They delivered a package to a previous address took picture of package at my door at an apartment complex package was stolen worth over $500.00 lost my money on that one!!! Awful service with no accountability!!!
