After driving nearly an hour to pick up a package here, I arrive to a note taped to the door- “closed for lunch 11am to 12pm.” I got here at 11:00 am. Seeing as how I live almost an hour away, driving home and coming back isn’t really an option. I’m not trying to do any shopping in Richmond, IN. Fast easy
Don’t try calling to ask a 5 second question. You won’t ever get to talk to someone to answer your question, but go around and around with an automated system. Question STILL not answered and had to drive a half an hour just to be told no, and have to drive all the way home to drive all the way back again. Absolutely ridiculous.
Paid for 2 day shipping. Driver Corey spent all day doing whatever and missed my delivery window. So after paying extra for rush shipping on my package that was a medical device I'm now getting it late and probably not going to be reimbursed the fees. Great job Corey and FedEx! Do better both of you!
