Very unorganized , the lady was very respectful though!
You can tell how much they hate their jobs as if they work at DMV. So mean and unhelpful. Must live sad lives.
Even though this is the Hub they only have one person generally working to collect packages. If you are in a hurry this might not be the place for you because there might be a line of people waiting to drop off their package.
Great customer service. There was only 1 person in front of me.
