Can't even deliver in a 40 mile radius, been holding my package hostage for two plus weeks now! And just informed they can't find it now, so it was stolen. Nice.
This place was a joke, had to go to UPS to get my box taped up so they could ship the package, so in a nut shell UPS ship center helps with your package FedEx does not.
In and out, no wait or hangups.
Not only do I still not have my package, the last 2 days FedEx has called me stating it was undeliverable due to wrong address or suite number or apt number was missing. I am the only house on my side of the Hwy. My number is on my mailbox. GPS takes you straight to my house. I have told 4 different people where and what is near me, including 2 other buildings on my property where they can have it and also my phone number to call when they can't get it right with above details. Can FedEx tell me why all my packages get stuck at the Eastaboga facility. I have 5 packages as of right now they state have been out for delivery for 5 days according to the tracking. I received an email every day saying out for delivery. Do they just ride around destroying packages in the back of their truck?
