Their drivers delivered punt neighbors package the other day and then these knuckleheads dropped our package off on the side of the road today. Unreal.
Not really about this specific store but the company makes it hard to reach them. I ordered 1-4 day shipping on an item online and I won't be receiving it for 8 days. I am pretty upset and customer service will not get back to me so I am venting here. I just wouldn't pay for extra shipping bc it doesn't even arrive by when you need it.
