FedEx's 2165 Highway 75 Blountville, TN, location is convenient and easy to access. Employees were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. You assisted me not only with the shipping but also with the proper packaging (Electronics Packaging). I did not notice the lady’s name, but the device ID on my receipt is BTC01. Bravo! They have now lost 3 of my packages in 3 weeks, and they lied to me about attempting to deliver a fragile package. I sat in the rain all day on the end of my driveway to make sure it was delivered while watching my driveway and road. No vehicle came by all day. They sent me a text saying at 7:15 pm they they attempted to deliver the package. When they infact never came . This location is A JOKE . I have ordered over night shipping ( I paid ALOT ) for next day delivery . My gender reveal blood work has been sent out a month ago and it sat at this location for almost 3 weeks before I finally received it . The driver stated on the tracking “ delivery attempt “ but never came down my road once . I had to get a refund from the company and order a whole new through a different company and also spent over 160 bucks for over night shipping and here we go again .
