Not really about this specific store but the company makes it hard to reach them. I ordered 1-4 day shipping on an item online and I won't be receiving it for 8 days. I am pretty upset and customer service will not get back to me so I am venting here. I just wouldn't pay for extra shipping bc it doesn't even arrive by when you need it.

You assisted me not only with the shipping but also with the proper packaging (Electronics Packaging). I did not notice the lady’s name, but the device ID on my receipt is BTC01. Bravo! They have now lost 3 of my packages in 3 weeks, and they lied to me about attempting to deliver a fragile package. I sat in the rain all day on the end of my driveway to make sure it was delivered while watching my driveway and road. No vehicle came by all day. They sent me a text saying at 7:15 pm they they attempted to deliver the package. When they infact never came .
