Terrible customers service. I was told that fed-x does not deliver to gated communities. To get this information it took me over 1 hour.

La chica que me atendió fue muy amable, me ayudó a cotizar mi paquete sin problemas y me dio varias opciones de envío.
Driver LIED saying our business was closed for Holiday and was not even a holiday! We opened at 7:30am as usual! A FedEx truck never even showed up! Shipped 2 day as needed desperately for the next day (sat) for a very important event. Called 800 number and worthless! Couldn't even give me the number to the facility to make sure package was there and stated they didn't have the number to call on their end either! WILL NEVER USE FED EX AGAIN!
Bill was the best. I went late, and had to ship package. He was able to help me ship it immediately. Thanks Bill!!
