Nice place. Helpful staff
I visited the FedEx Ship Center at 51 Nicholson Dr. in Savannah on 10/21/2025 to ship a large floor jack and jack stands. I asked the staff for help with packaging, only to be told they could not assist and that “it’s not their policy” to package items. I would like to leave no stars. The fedex in Chatham county, GA is horrible! My package was put out for delivery, then sent back and was not even attempted to be delivered. The customer service is a mockery of no accountability for their faults. They mislabeled my package and have the gaul to blame the sender when they were the ones to relabel the package in their care. I missed the delivery of my package that required a signature and I needed the package asap. It was something from my work. So I contacted FedEx and asked if I could pick it up from the ship center and they said I could. I headed right over and it was something easy. I walked in and out with my package in under 5 minutes! Great customer service and very friendly.
