If I could give them a negative 10 stars, I would! And FedEx as a whole as well. I used like FedEx but they no longer care about their customers. They decided to pick up early last week and not bother to leave a note on the dropbox, and the indicator was broken and still showed green. My documents didn't go out, and someone didn't get to close on their house, and I got reemed and didn't get paid for the job, even though it was 100% the fault of the careless FedEx workers!!! The fact you can’t call anyone locally is ridiculous! 3 times now fedex has delivered my package to an address that is NOT EVEN CLOSE TO MY ADDRESS! All the delivery driver sees on their route is # 5 ! FedEx is the ONLY mail carrier to have this issues!!!!!! Then can’t even call to complain or get it fixed cuz it’s all you get is a 800 #s& call back options!!!
