Absolute nightmare experience. They have my lost luggage from the airline are refusing to return it to me! Paulina and Francine are terrible to deal with, they seemed to think it was funny. I have reported this as theft to the local police department, as they have my belongings and are refusing return them. I own these items not anyone else. It is my personal property.
A bit out of the way, but that’s just the location. Service was incredibly fast, in and out in under a minute with no wait or issues. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Easily one of the quickest shipping experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be using this location again.
Like the staff hate the fact they don't have an automatic door! Very hard to balance boxes or the cart through the small double door entrance. Good Luck wheelchair customers. I know it's on the landlord to change it. But I have have been going there for decades! Even Arden Way store has automatic door now for years.An Automatic door would earn you that 5th Star ⭐
