Absolute nightmare experience. They have my lost luggage from the airline and are refusing to return it to me! Paulina, Francine and Claudia are terrible people to deal with. Downright vile and disgusting people, they seemed to think it is funny. They have laughed and smirked at me. I have reported this as theft to the local police department, as they have my belongings and are refusing return them. I own these items not anyone else.
