SECOND TIME THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN LEFT IN OUR DRIVEWAY right NEXT TO the plastic garbage can they are supposed to put the package in or beside of it's too big to put in. SERIOUSLY?????!!! IT WAS LEFT IN A white bag so it looked like snow. Was run over... I will be getting hold of the company my package came from and FedEx. HIRE some adults that have common sense PLEASE
Update 1/2026: Still great! I've gone here 3 more times in the last couple months and they now recognize me. My packages are always live reptiles or tarantulas and are always handled with care and I truly appreciate it! This is the 2nd time that I've picked up live reptiles held at this location. Very easy to get your delivery. Show your ID, get your package. They took care not to rough up my package. They're very gentle and I appreciate it knowing my baby snakes were being shipped from PA to NH. TY FEDEX!
