Wasn’t home for signature delivery and now they are holding my package containing work equipment hostage instead of sending it to where I requested as an alternate delivery option. I was supposed to be able to pick it up 4 days ago and they haven’t sent it out.
Definitely the worst delivery system ever. No updates anywhere, I got the message of the delay the day after it was supposed to be delivered. It says that the package is arriving early, arriving on time at the same time. It says the package has not left the fedex facility and that is on its way at the same time. Online system says if I need something else to call, I called for the same options. So now im still waiting for a late package that I can't tell when will it come because FedEx is unable to provide such information b... read more

The Ramsey NJ store is terrific. Those guys are respectful helpful and we use them all the time. We needed a Christmas present sent to Tennessee before Christmas and it was delivered not only within the time stated but actually a little sooner. Just terrific!
