Worst service ever!!! What’s going on in this place??
Was expecting a package today that I really needed and checked the tracking to see that my delivery attempt was failed because the “business is closed”. This is a residential delivery— not a business, and nobody even came by to attempt a delivery. Based on other reviews, this is a common practice by the Mahwah Fedex drivers because they are simply lazy and it’s honestly ridiculous that they don’t want to do their job by simply delivering people their packages.
