Not helpful at all, sad
Was expecting some consulate papers had to be there for a signature which I was sitting at the kitchen table waiting knowing he was supposed to show up, supposedly knocked (but doubt it), which I never heard but with two cars in the driveway you’d think they’d make an effort.to knock again I contacted them after getting an email within five minutes of him leaving haven’t seen him all day even though I need the paperwork today, worst service ever.
All the Fed ex delivery person had too do is knock, or bang on the door” I was looking forward to the package & know I have to drive to fed ex to retrieve item. It’s ridiculous because I was at the crib. Didn’t hear 1 knock at all. Train your delivery crew too knock at least 3 times on 3 attempts.
