Definitely the worst delivery system ever. No updates anywhere, I got the message of the delay the day after it was supposed to be delivered. It says that the package is arriving early, arriving on time at the same time. It says the package has not left the fedex facility and that is on its way at the same time. Online system says if I need something else to call, I called for the same options. The Ramsey NJ store is terrific. Those guys are respectful helpful and we use them all the time. We needed a Christmas present sent to Tennessee before Christmas and it was delivered not only within the time stated but actually a little sooner. Just terrific!
Worst package delivery company ever! I would give them 0 stars The driver just came 3 days to our business and left, writing on the tracking that the business is closed, we were open & getting deliveries from UPS and other carriers on each of these days!, I called the hub to complain, they said they took notes and will advise the driver to make sure the package gets delivered, to no avail. Nobody cares at this Hub
