Friendly service fast in and out did what I needed to do
Driver claimed delivery was attempted, but I was home the whole time. The photo shows the package still in the truck not at my door. Very frustrating and misleading.
Outstanding staff here honestly. The lady with the glasses who help me when I was there yesterday October 1st was just a wonderful wonderful woman. Kind friendly and full of information made my shipping needs very very easy
FedEx, this location is the worst to expect to deliver your package to your home. What is the point of signing the slip if they will ignore your signature and do what they want to do anyway? I waited all day and missed a day of work dealing with them, and now they said that if I want my package, I have to drive up to Mahwah, NJ. Their drivers are scared of being in Paterson, and even in your home, the driver won't call you to inform you that they are downstairs.
