Signed for the package but the delivery driver was to incompetent to deliver the package paid alot for shipping just to wait 2 days longer! Fedex is the worst! Customer service is even worse!

You have to print off your labels before you go to the store. They will not do it for you.
Delivered an expensive package to the WRONG apartment. Thank God my boyfriend was home and did a walk and found my package. We should NEVER have to search other homes for our packages! UPS has NEVER done me like this. I will be finding out the driver and I will be reporting.
